How do I create a delivAI account?

From the menu bar, click on "Signup Login" button to be taken to the delivAI web Application.  From there, click on the "Login" button on menu bar and then "Create an Account"

How do I create a delivery order?

From the delivAI web Application at https://app.delivAI.com  login or create an account and then click "Create New Order".

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Anyone can use delivAI to create, schedule, and complete delivery orders.  Individuals can use delivAI once or regularly to schedule orders. Whether you need something delivered or picked up, delivAI can help take things somewhere or bring them to you. Convenience and simplicity in life helps make things easy for you.

How can I track my delivery status?

delivAI is expanding and operates in a few markets and is growing. For the latest markets we are operating in please go to the Markets page for the most up to date information.
With regards to areas, each market is different, but generally we deliver to the metro area counties and zip codes for that market.

What markets and areas do you deliver to?

delivAI is different from other delivery services because we have access to local gig-service drivers and local couriers in the area.  Our technology allows us to assign and revoke delivery orders from carriers and drivers, if there is no movement or risk of not meeting time constraints. These assignments and monitoring happen using a combination of machine learning and human monitoring.

Can Individuals create deliveries or just businesses?

Sure!  During the order creation process you have the ability to create an order for immediate dispatch to the first available carrier and driver in the area. If your order in not ready for immediate pickup you can schedule a pickup and delivery window for the future.  You can even select a "Flex Delivery" using a 4 hour window where the delivery can be picked up and delivered anytime within that timeframe.

How does your delivery Guarantee work?

Our Delivery Guarantee is simple as long as the order is ready when the driver arrives (does not have to wait more than 3 min), the order is guaranteed to be delivered within the time frame selected. So, whether you select a 1-hour, 2-hour, or 4-hour window we will pick up and deliver within that timeframe. IF the order is delayed due to our part, then we will refund 25% of the delivery fee if up to 30 min late, 50% of the fee if between 31-60 min late and 110% if over 60 min late or if there was a missed pickup.

What payment methods do you accept for delivery?

delivAI accepts credit card payments using Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  For businesses with sufficient weekly volume, we do offer the option for weekly invoicing with payment using credit card or ACH .

How are delivery fees calculated?

Logistics is complicated and great delivery service depends on many factors and the delivery fees are based on distance, time of day,  scheduling lead time, vehicle type , and size of delivery.  Our fees are not the cheapest but they aren't the highest either.  We have fair pricing for the reliable service we provide. Your business depends on timely service and we provide the best option to get deliveries delivered.

Are on-demand, scheduled, and bulk orders priced differently?

Yes , pricing depends on  lead time and volume.  So  orders placed just a few minutes before pickup, a few hours before pickup or a few days before pickup are priced differently.  Alos, the more orders we can pickup at the same time the better the pricing.  For bulk orders reach out to our sales and service team to get pricing. service@delivai.com

How can I update my payment information?

In the delivAI application access the "Payment Information" page from the Dashboard.  You can add, edit, or remove a payment sources from this page.

How do I setup invoice billing?

Invoice billing is reserved for higher volume businesses with 20 or more delivery orders per day.  Feel free to reach our to our service team to get more information service@delivAI.com

Do I get discounts for using delivAI consistently?

Yes, for each on-demand delivery you earn "deliv Points". You can use those points to get discounts for future orders.  You can track your points on your dashboard under the "deliv Points" menu item.

Do I have to create an account to get a quote?

No, quotes are free and require no login or email address.  So, feel free to click the Quick Quote button and get quoting.  Just remember that quotes are estimated and give you an idea of what the basic costs are.  the actual pricing depends on many more factors and could be different.

How can I contact customers service about a delivery order?

Depending on what the status of the order is, you can reach out to different teams using various methods.  You can use the website chat feature to reach out to the delivAI support team  for any general information or orders that are scheduled for the future.
For orders that are less than 1 hour from pickup or already picked up, please reach out to dispatch@delivai.com or call 407-201-9829 for immediate support. Please have you order ID ready and let the support team know you wan to discuss your delivAI order.

What are delivAI's customer service hours?

delivAI  customer support is available via chat, email, or phone from 8am to 6pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

How do I submit a claim for a delayed or damaged  order?

Sorry, we are not perfect and every once in a while one of our delivery partners does have an unfortunate issue.  If an order is damaged or lost please go to our Claims page here and fill out the information so that our support team can reach out.  Or feel free to start a caim by emailing claims@delivai.com

How can I provide feedback for my delivery?

We hope the feedback is positive but if not we do always want to improve so please let us know if we screwed up. Feel free to email us at support@delivai.com

Can I request special handeling for my delivery?

If there are any special instructions for the driver to abide by during pickup, transport, or delivery, feel free to enter the information in the notes section at the respective stage of delivery.  

Do you offer any special services such as assembly or installation?

We are focused on doing delivery the best we can and so we do not provide any white glove service which would include setup or teardown.

Is my order information secure?

Yes all order information is secure using encryption and payments are also secured by Stripe, a  certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
